About Me:

Education & Training

I emerged from the poverty and obscurity in which I was born and bred to a country well known worldwide for its colossal poverty and corruption. I have gone so far through life with a considerable share of miserere and felicity. I am thankful for all the aid I received from my parents and proud to be blessed with the idea to create CaringHands International, Inc so that underprivileged children can get hope and a shot at the future.

I am Diner Aldeus. I am the elder child of Jean Aldeus and Marie Emilie Occeas, whom I admire and love deeply. Marie Emilie Occeas, my mother, a woman with a great heart, full of compassion and kindness for people, and my father, Jean Duson Aldeus, a man of great courage and work ethic, raised me alongside my aunts Wislene Occeas, Marie Delose Occeas) and uncle Dr. Caleb Occeas to be a compassionate warrior. An advocate for people experiencing poverty. My father once said, “No words, phrases, or thoughts can be sufficient to describe my mom’s great heart.” She is my role model. My father came to the United States in the early 1980s to seek better opportunities for his family. And a few years later, his wife, my mom, joined him in the country. Since then, my parents have resided in the U.S. for over four decades.

I am the proud child of Iles de La Gonave, an island of Haiti located West-northwest of Port-Au-Prince in the Gulf de La Gonave. I was born on Wednesday, July 14th, 1976. My parents are very hard workers who believe in the power of education, and hard work instills in me the love of giving and appreciating others. I finished high school in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I attended Glades Central High School in Belle Glade, Florida, where I received a high school diploma. Next, I went to Broward Community College, where I graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree. Finally, I attended Florida Atlantic University, receiving a Bachelor’s in arts degree in Political Science.

Craving for knowledge, I enrolled as a graduate student in Political Science at Florida Atlantic University, where I received a Master’s degree in Political Science. I am a student at Nova Southeastern University in a Master’s degree program in Business Management with a concentration in Management and marketing. I have been a Deputy Sheriff-Detention for the Broward Sheriff’s Office since 2006. In addition, I have been an outstanding soldier in the United States Army Reserve since April 2009.

I am the President and co-founder of CaringHands International, Inc. (CHII), a non-profit organization founded by Marcson Lubin and me on March 9th, 2010. The ultimate goal of CaringHands International, Inc. is to help children in need, such as education, food, shelter, and clothing, around the globe, especially in the Caribbean countries. The children we serve market are not as simple as others might perceive inside this organization. Of course, politicians do not have all answers to those innocent and needy children’s problems. Everyone should secure a better future for marginalized, hopeless children. We want to give them a second chance. We established CaringHands International, Inc. to provide hope to those children abandoned on the corners of the streets, gang violence, and senseless gun violence. We want to allow them to live better lives in a better world.

In April 2008, I returned to Haiti after many years of absence. Upon my arrival in Haiti, I witnessed many children at the airport’s gates. They were begging for a dollar to feed themselves in bright daylight when they were supposed to be in school. Those children were roaming the streets next to the airport and around it, begging for food. Their miserable situation touched me. It seemed that the Haitian Government or the rich and famous there did not care about their plight. So, for the past years, I have devoted countless hours to this Organization, CarinHands International, Inc. I want to give them a second chance to secure a more promising future than the streets.

We must agree that many other organizations have come and gone, but those children’s needs remain similar. Those kids are still hanging on the streets with no help and hope. Unfortunately, some people with power and money use those kids’ situations for political and personal gain. On the streets, those angels become thugs, kidnappers, or child laborers, and others may be sold clandestinely into the sex market to become sex toys for wealthy pedophiles (monsters). They treat those children even less than domesticated animals. Some become addicted to marijuana, crack cocaine, or any synthetic drug they can use. Some of them even died on the streets and were piled like trash.

Sometimes, those children sleep hungry and wake up thinking about when the next meal and drink for the day will come. They wonder if their lives will stay the same in the next twenty or thirty years and for the rest of their innocent lives. Our CaringHands International, Inc. goal and mission is to tackle those complex issues by offering those children support and opportunities to look at the future differently. We want to put roofs over their heads, give them at least two or three meals a day, and offer them a chance to be educated. Create school programs that teach them how to face real life ahead of them. Overall, we want them to make wiser decisions in building their future. We are committed to these missions and willing to go ten miles to complete the tasks. We willingly want to put the welfare of those kids before our own. We are eager to work hard to positively impact those kids ‘lives by any means necessary, even giving up on our dreams and ambitions.

We want them to become productive citizens of their communities.
We believe in what we do and care about our mission. However, we must remember that the organization exists in response to the increasing number s of orphans, underprivileged and needy children worldwide. Our vision is to equip them with the right tools to grow up and become valuable and honest servants of their communities.
With no prejudices or discrimination, we pledged to serve and support those kids every step; we vowed to carry out the organization’s mission of giving those underprivileged kids a way out from social and psychological poverty. As stated before, we want to give them a better chance to succeed. Therefore, we are dedicated to making CaringHands International, Inc. the best hope those kids can have. And we will only relent once we accomplish that mission.
